When we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email shortly. There is information about your order. Always check your confirmation and contact customer service as soon as possible if something feels unclear.

If you wish to change an order afterwards, contact customer service with your question and we'll see if we can help you! For changes to orders that have already been delivered, special conditions apply.

The package is normally delivered directly to your company, otherwise to the nearest delivery point. As soon as the package has arrived at your drop-off location, you will be sent an SMS notification that you will need along with identification for pick-up.

You can also use your package number to redeem your delivery.

Delivery to you/your parcel agent usually takes place within 1–3 weeks. In exceptional cases, longer delivery times may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Products that must be ordered take an additional day or days to deliver. If the products you want to order have different long delivery times and you want goods with a short delivery time first, you should make two separate orders. In the event of a possible delivery delay, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone about this as soon as possible. In the event of a delivery delay, you have the right to cancel the purchase. We reserve the right for final sales and possible price errors.

Although we do our best to deliver what has been ordered in the promised time, errors may occur . If the delivery is delayed from what has been promised, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can investigate why the delivery is delayed. If you wish to cancel a delayed item, please contact customer service. RBleksaker is not responsible for any damage resulting from exceeding a notified delivery time.

These general terms and conditions apply to all the agreements which you end with RBleksaker. By ordering goods in RBleksaker's webshop or by telephone, you accept the general terms and conditions. The agreement is drawn up at the same time as your order is accepted. By law, you must be over 18 years of age to shop on credit.

We offer our contract customers the opportunity to shop against invoice. For invoice purchases, we offer payment terms of 14 days. In the event of late payment, a statutory reminder fee with f.n. SEK 60 plus late payment interest of 2% (monthly interest) + applicable reference interest.

When choosing invoice as the payment method, an invoicing fee of SEK 19 incl. VAT.

SALE valid while stocks last. Offers without a clear end date are valid while stocks last. RBleksaker reserves the right against possible final sales, which may result in partial deliveries.

We reserve ourselves for final sales and for stocking with our suppliers, as well as for any price errors that may occur. Sometimes it happens that one of the goods you ordered is not in stock and is backlisted. This is then due to the product not being in stock or the delivery being delayed. You will then receive an email shortly. Contact us if you want to cancel your remaining quotation or if you have questions about delivery times etc.

A fee of SEK 250 is charged for all packages that are not collected. The fee corresponds to the costs of shipping, return shipping and handling. Payment terms are 30 days. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 50 plus late payment interest and, if applicable, collection costs. If you changed your mind after the package has been sent from us, you must collect the package at your drop-off point and send it back to us. If the package is not picked up, it will automatically be registered as not picked up and charged accordingly

All prices at RBleksaker are stated in SEK, excluding VAT. Applicable product price excluding VAT is the price that is stated on the website www.rbleksaker.se at the time of the order. We reserve the right to change prices without notifying them in advance.

Shipping of €150 is added on orders under €3500. Orders over €3500 has no shipping fee.

We reserve the right not to process orders if we believe we have reason to do so. If this is the case, the customer will be notified and the order will be removed.

According to the Consumer Act, you have a full right of return and exchange within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that you have not used the item and that it is returned in undamaged condition.

All labels must remain on the items. All returned items must be packed in a bag or box.

For the return to be accepted, the returned item must be in substantially unchanged condition. The item should be well packed, preferably in its original packaging with associated inner packaging and together with any accessories, transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as a customer. Do not put address labels directly on the product's packaging, but put the original box in another box.

We would appreciate it if you state the reason for the return and return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of the invoice, front and back ) this speeds up the handling of your return.

You must pay for the return postage yourself. Returns must be sent as Company package to RingBingo AB, Fallvindsgatan 2, 652 21 Karlstad. Save your delivery receipt - remember that you are responsible for the return shipment!

RBleksaker assumes no responsibility for transport damage as a result of poor packaging on return.

If you want to change the size of an item, you must place a new order yourself via RBleksaker. In case of exchange, return or complaint, we follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's rules for e-commerce.

Our goal is that you will be satisfied with the item or items you buy from us. If you shop from RBleksaker's webshop or through our customer service, you therefore have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, according to the distance and home sales act. However, you must notify our customer service of this.

RBleksaker reserves the right to final sales and that the goods may be discontinued. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. We also reserve the right for any printing errors on this website.

RBleksaker reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors.

RBleksaker is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement, if the failure is based on an extenuating circumstance as described below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays fulfillment. Such as liberating circumstance shall be considered i.a. action or omission by an authority, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes decisions by authorities that affect the market and products negatively, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and if the company has been exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
